Mad Hatter’s Tea Heads Out In Style

Betty Koontz and Veronika Thorne, chairmen, did a fabulous job making the Mad Hatter’s Tea a memorable one. The food was great and served by the competent staff at the Coral Ridge Yacht Club. The room was decorated in perfect taste and the centerpieces were lovely little dolls that you hang jewelry on their protruding wire arms, in assorted colors. Great idea.

The judges were impartial and the winners well deserved. Some of the winners were:

  • Florence Jordan – original hat category
  • Dr. Nell Lewis McGuire – most dramatic category
  • Dr. Linda Balent – most sophisticated category

and many more.

Nancyetta Palumbo was the luckiest ducky winning a majority of the auction raffle prizes, you go girl.
